Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Talbot Aesthetics Recovery We understand that plans change. To keep our schedule fair to every client and to our staff, we ask that you review our cancellation and rescheduling terms below. A valid card is kept on file for all appointments, and any applicable fees are charged automatically. More than 72 hours before your appointment: Cancel or reschedule anytime online — no fee. Within 72 hours of your appointment: Changes can no longer be made online. To cancel or reschedule, you must call us directly. Less than 24 hours' notice A fee of 10% of the service price applies, charged automatically to the card on file. Less than 1 hour's notice (or no-show) A fee of 25% of the service price applies, charged automatically to the card on file. By booking an appointment, you authorize Talbot Aesthetics Recovery to keep a card on file and to charge any cancellation fees outlined above.
